sigh Of course a talk about discovery systems and "AI" is just personal anectodes and assuring, that "generative AI" is what users want. How convenient! And sure as well: The other half of the presentation is about the possibilities and the advanced technology of the future.
From what I understand the whole product is reselling ChatGPT with a light veneer of infrastructure.
Using an off-the-shelf software like #vufind is nice and all - but boy, oh boy, what an attack surface! All these controllers and routes exposed to the web.
